# Privacy

The short version: what you type stays in your browser.

## What you type

Every coupon, voucher, ticket and card is drawn in your browser and printed by your own printer. Names, shop details, serial numbers and wording are never sent to Bright Coupon or anyone else. Apart from loading the site's own files, the pages make no network requests; the one exception is the page-view count described below.

## What is stored on your device

So you can reprint later, your last design for each maker is saved in this browser's local storage, on the device you are using only:

- `brightcoupon-theme`: your light or dark theme choice.
- `brightcoupon-book`: the coupon book: title, names, coupons and layout.
- `brightcoupon-voucher`: the gift voucher settings, including your shop details and numbering.
- `brightcoupon-raffle`: the raffle ticket details and number range.
- `brightcoupon-punch`: the punch card design.

None of it is uploaded. This button removes all of it:

Clearing this site's data in your browser settings does the same.

## Cookies, accounts and ads

There are none. There is no sign-up, no advertising and no tracking across other sites.

## Page-view counts

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which our host Cloudflare adds to each page, to count page views. It does not use cookies or track you across sites, and it never receives what you type into the makers.

## Links to other sites

Pages link to sister sites and to two recommended services, CleanTempMail and WebTraceCheck. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you follow a link.
